Corid 9.6% Oral Solution is the only coccidiostat labeled for both treatment and prevention of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria bovis and E. zuernii in calves. A microscopic examination of the feces should be done before treatment. When treating outbreaks, Corid should be administered promptly after diagnosis. Stops coccidian in the small intestine to prevent further damage in the large intestine. Labeled for use in cattle.
