Fish Tapes and Fish Tapes Forte contain Praziquantel, the same active ingredient commonly used in other tapeworm medications, but in a water-soluble capsule or powder. It is also used to treat Praziquantel susceptible disease conditions in freshwater, marine and ornamental aquariums. Each capsule or level teaspoon (3.1 gm) of Fish Tapes contains 34 mg Praziquantel. Each capsule of Fish Tapes Forte contains 170 mg Praziquantel for five times the strength and effectiveness.
